Amen Naaman!

2 Kings 5:2

Its ya gurl Script (aka LaToria) Daddy gave me some word and I'm sharing!!!!! For those that don't know.. Daddy = God the Father.

ok Heres what i got.
2 Kings 5 talks about a commander of an army named Naaman (a man in great position) who realizes he has leporasy.

2 Kings 5:2
Talks about "a young girl from Israel" (doesn't mention her name, which doesn't matter but it is significant that she was a girl, b/c that meant she was like the lowest on the "earthly totem pole! Not only was she a servant but a girl servant, not even a woman servant.)

Daddy says see how I can use the last thing you would expect to bring forth a blessing???
Anyway, the young girl knew how he could get cured if he went to Israel (where God was worshipped and LORD). More importantly she knows who and who's she is and had the faith in her God to speak on it!!!! (Do YOU???)

Later in vs 7 the King of Israel found out that Naaman was being sent to him b/c he was told that he could heal him.

Well the King starts FREAKIN OUT !!!!

Rippin his Robe and stuff!!!! Saying "Am I God...." Basically like man I can't heal dis dude!!!

Daddy says:
Tori, let me show you 2 things here:
Good Thing
1. The higher you are exaulted in life the lower you must be able to humble yourself. This is part of te reason why this King was chosen to be King, b/c I knew he would stay humble. The higher I take yall the lower on your faces you will have to get!!!

Bad Thing
2. the problem is the King temporarily forgot that I AM the power and not him. He tried to put a job that was too big for him on his shoulders! But Hey, he's still human!

So then Elisha the prophet was like "Dude! why are you tearin off your clothes in stuff?" Just have Naaman come to me and when he leaves he will know that there is a God and a prophet in Israel (GANGSTAH!!!!)

Daddy says:
T, this was the whole point was for Naaman to worship me and for me to get the glory. (for him to be converted over)
He also said: "T, it is always important to have someone with as much faith if not more in your corner so that in those moments when you act like you forgot.. they will be there to remind you" (like Elisha was to the King)

Naaman found Elisha and wanted to know how to get healed. Elisha told him to wash himself 7 times in the Jordan and he would be healed.

Well this kat Naaman had the nerve to be mad!
He was all like (BAAAAAHHHH!!!!)

I thought you were gonna call out to God, wave your hands over the spot and cure my leporasy

Then Daddy said:
T, this is how many non belivers see the church. They think its just a bunch of with no real meaning. And sadly alot of times its true. Some people know how to shout and run around the church for show and to fit in and look the part and theres no real feeling behind it. He says to check yourself and make sure that your praise is genuine.

So then Naaman was about to bounce b/c he thought Elisha was a flake but his SERVANT stopped him and asked him why he was trippin over doing something as small as washing himself in the Jordan. He told him that if Elisha had told him to do something great he would've done so why not that?!?! (side note: its amazing that God surrounded Naaman with off the chain servants that had MORE COMMON SINCE THAN HIM!!!!)

Wow....

I might write something on that later.....

just like Naaman so many times belivers don't want to work for their blessing. They think that jus b/c they're saved and I am their father that they're just supposed to sit back and watch the blessings fall. PLEASE remind them that faith with out WORKS is DEAD!!!!! (ill say it in spanish!!!!) FE SIN TRABAJO ES MUERTE!!!!!!!! lol --> they don't want to earn em!!

Well, like always Daddy's plan worked. Naaman went fo a dip and when he came out not only was his skin restored it was like that of a young boy!!!!! the next vs shows how Naaman confessed the God of Israel as the one TRUE God and denounced all the others. He was ready to turn his life around!!!

Amen Naaman!
I was once dirty too bro! Then God showed me what was up now I give my life to him too Bro!!!
